Construction & Projects

Construction is a Sage Intacct subscription that provides specialized functionality for managing construction projects, including workflows for payment applications and change management.

Why it matters

For accounting and controller roles in the construction industry, Construction enables tracking of project changes (costs and pricing) throughout the project lifecycle. It also facilitates subcontractor payment application workflows and allows alignment of Sage Intacct terminology with common construction industry terms.

When you use it

Requires a separate Construction subscription; contact your Sage Intacct account manager to enable it.
Regional support is limited to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Includes functionality for change management documents, capturing project changes and revisions.
Allows tracking of how changes impact original costs and pricing through change requests.
