Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts provides a view of your general ledger accounts, allowing for filtered lists and aesthetically pleasing printed reports.

Why it matters

Accountants and controllers can use the Chart of Accounts to review their general ledger account structure and ensure it meets reporting needs, all while benefiting from Intacct's tools for simplified data capture.

When you use it

The report displays the same information as the General Ledger Account list (General Ledger > All > Setup > General Ledger Accounts).
Information displayed in this report cannot be edited.
It supports various user types including Business, Employee and Approval users.
Access the report via: General Ledger > All > Reports > Chart of accounts.
