When you use it

The General Ledger report allows you to view individual transactions and drill down for more details.
Access the standard General Ledger report through: General Ledger > All > Reports > General Ledger.
User roles such as Business, Approval, and Employee have permissions to run this report.
Related reports include the AP Ledger and AR Ledger, providing different perspectives on financial activity.
